河內傳奇酒店 (The Legend Hanoi Hotel)

客觀評價一下，希望酒店以後可以改進，因為總體來説是好的，努力做事的酒店，但有一些做為新酒店需要改進的地方，當時讓我填寫意見沒想到那麼多，現在回家慢慢寫。 好的地方：服務很好，裝修風格很好看，有免費的下午茶：小點心和咖啡，咖啡喜歡。checkout的時候還有小吃為禮物，可惜早餐沒起得來嘗試。 需要改進的地方： 服務：我在訂房網站備註的要求每一條，都和給我的房間是相反的，我要求安靜但旁邊有工地，換的房間依然是在靠近工地的一側，要求不要尾房但她説這個房型都是尾房（這個可以接受）。我在這個酒店遇到的每一個服務員都特別好，除了帶我換房的女生，應該是一位女性的小領導，對我的要求有點不耐煩。 房間：整個酒店的裝修風格特別好看，房間大小和陳設都和圖片裡差不多，但是可能因為新酒店，櫃子會有一些裝修的味道，可能是為了掩蓋這些味道，酒店用了大量的香氛味道，包括房間裡面都特別特別香，導致我這個對氣味敏感的人非常不適，我甚至懷疑是空調一直在噴香味因為我打開兩個窗戶通風持續了三、四個小時還依然很香，沒辦法我衹得在出門吃飯的時候一直開窗通風。 衣櫃和床頭的木頭都有一些裝修的油漆味道，導致我需要躺在遠離床頭的位置，建議對氣味敏感的人考慮，我老公完全不會介意這些味道，他對味道沒那麼敏感，睡得很香，但我不是對味道極度敏感的人，因為大部分酒店我住下來都是沒問題的，我相信再過一年這個酒店這種情況也會有好轉。 水質：在老城區改造的酒店應該投資一些錢在過濾水上面，我在河內住了兩個酒店，還在遊輪上度過了兩晚，衹有這最後一晚的酒店過濾的水讓我的濾芯變成這個顏色，在此之前濾芯都是乾淨的。

酒店的lobby很漂亮很出片，南洋復古風，房間不大，但維護還不錯的。服務非常棒，會主動幫忙拿行李，check in的小姐姐態度熱情、服務周到，還給了我很有用的行程安排建議。早餐選擇很多，味道不錯，而且有越南本地的特色。樓頂泳池在裝修沒有體驗到。唯一美中不足的是房間設施的標註比較不清晰，預訂時寫的是淋浴或浴缸”Shower or Bathtub”，到店希望安排浴缸，但最後並未安排，不知道是不是在預訂平台標註有誤。總體來看時值得選擇的一家酒店。 The lobby is nice and photogenic, with an Indochina retro style. The room isn't very spacious, but it's well-maintained. The service was excellent, lobby staff was friendly and helped me with luggage, and the check-in lady was really nice and professional, and provided very useful suggestions for my travel plans. The breakfast offered a wide range of options and tasted great, and i had some impressive local Vietnamese dishes. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was under renovation during my stay, so I didn't get to experience it. The only downside was that the room facilities were not clearly indicated, the booking platform stated "Shower or Bathtub," but arrival, my request for a bathtub was not accommodated. It's unclear whether this was due to an error in the platform's description. Overall, it's a hotel worth choosing.

整體體驗非常好，從入住開始就有人幫忙保管行李，前台會讓客人坐著等他們辦入住，行李會有專人拿到房間，因為是新酒店，整體非常新，房間乾淨整潔。早餐種類豐富，尤其是早餐提供的現煮越南粉必須吃，非常好吃！

From the time we stepped through the doors the service was excellent. We arrived and was surprised with a complimentary afternoon tea as your are checked in . Then the reception explains the map of the area and gives us a list of must try restaurants - and the recommendations are great ! Rooms are big - we got the family room - the bed and sheets and covers are sooooo nice . Love the deep bathtub . We don’t really have a view but it’s totally fine. Love the bath salts and shampoo scent The location is off the busy street which is great , there’s a pharmacy next door . Everything is a max 10 mins taxi ride . Easy to get a grab The service and hospitality of the staff is amazing and we’ve been to some other well known 5 stars but do not get the same level of service ! Now let’s move to breakfast OMG . Big shout out to Keith and Hannie who made a whole lot of difference . The buffet is only one row but the variety of local and western is great, I love the fresh fruit juices, love love love the cream caramel which is even better than the famous ones on the street . Love the pho . I sprained my ankle while on the street and Keith offered to go to the famous cream caramel to buy me one to try (how sweet of him for offering) , Hannie offered to take my breakfast up to my room for me the next day and the manager at the hotel and reception was so concerned and offered doctors and ice. The level of attentiveness and hospitality really is genuine . The decor is lovely and if there is one thing to fault is that the pool is not ready ! But we will be back . My family and I had an amazing stay in Hanoi. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious and clean. The staff are very attentive and incredibly kind. Amazing breakfast and super comfy beds. Do yourself a favour and book this hotel!

キャンセル不可だったのに、予約の日にちを間違えてしまいましたが、ホテルに直接連絡したところ、快く変更して下さいました 深夜便の帰國で、チェックアウト後にシャワーを使わせてもらえたので汗を流す事が出來て良かったです コンビニが近くにないのと、工事中で道が通行止になっていたためグルッとまわり道しないといけなかったのがちょっと殘念でした

服務非常好 工作人員總是幫忙開門 走的時候酒店還贈送了小餅乾 早餐也不錯 他們還熱心推薦我品嚐紫蘇米粉 很好吃😋酒店打車去老城區很近 衞生也做得很好

酒店服務很棒，房間很棒，早餐也很棒！ 早餐的牛肉粉我願稱之為河內最好吃的牛肉粉！ 酒店邊上有個工地，窗戶關緊了還是有些許噪音，我睡眠比較淺，去前台反映後，第二天有工作人員主動聯繫我幫我換了房間，還帶我去check房間；下雨或者日晒時走出酒店都有人幫忙撐傘。 下次還住！

服務非常到位。下午到了酒店，有提供免費的下午茶，咖啡，茶點，非常豐富。問酒店討要火柴，酒店沒有，大堂經理直接跑出去買了個打火機送給我。離店時，還贈送小禮品，專人幫送上車。這是住過這麼多酒店，碰到的最貼心的服務了。

酒店非常不錯哦。服務也很好 早餐也很好吃 在河內的位置也非常好 真的條件很不錯 推薦入住！是一次難忘舒適的旅行
